The site is rural and slopes towards a beautiful water view. The interesting topography and his need for four garage bays lead us to an unusual split level design - to conceal the extra garages, give privacy to the contracting office, and capture the views. This isn't your father's split level!

This image is a computer rendering. The foundation is in, but the builder is doing all the work himself in between projects for others - so we don't anticipate completion this year. In chosing images for inclusion here, we've selected for variety and to show specific challenges that were solved. In some cases a rendering does that job better than one of our finished projects.
