About Us

This little jewel was designed for a steeply sloping site facing a lake. The small footprint was entirely dictated by zoning and conservation - including house and rear decks. With the road significantly higher than the house, the first view is primarly of the second floor. The arch porch detail on the front gable is designed to pique your interest from that view. We call this a "stealth house". It's deliberately private and unassuming from the road, but explodes open to the view in the back.

This image is a computer rendering - selected as an example of a difficult lot with great potential. This house is 98% done now - we're waiting for all the trim for a photo of the finished work.
