This house was designed for a small corner lot, where water views competed with the only location for the garage. The grand porch has a garage tucked under it, and a second floor deck hiding behind it. The thumbnail to the right is the computer rendering and the original design. The main image here is a photo of the completed house, where you can also see a couple of design changes. This house is now for sale.
