Guess what? This image is not a house. This is a computer rendering. The house shown is under construction in Amherst, NH. It's a very constrained site, where the footprint was dictated entirely by zoning. There was only one place for the garage - on the same side as views of Baboosic Lake. The first floor of the "tower" is the Dining Room, with the Living Room to the left. The second floor of the "tower" is the Master Bedroom. The curved balcony serves a Sitting/Dressing area for the Master Bedroom.
